Interpersonal approach;

With 360 Degree Feedback, it is ensured that employees are evaluated objectively by different people. It includes assessments made by four different evaluator groups. These evaluator groups, called 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees, receive feedback on the manager, herself/himself, her/his subordinates and peers.
