Impact Assessment

Impact assessment, in its most basic sense, is an analytical project evaluation approach that evaluates the results and impacts of a plan, program or project. It is the measurement and evaluation studies carried out to reveal the effects of plans, projects, policies and legal regulations, which are used by institutions such as the European Union and OECD, and which are constantly carried out within the framework of various guides and directives.

It aims to contribute to the development of new policies and practices by making decisions based on findings of decision makers, increasing the effectiveness of public policies and practices, and creating high awareness about the emerging situation. Generally, it is grouped under 4 headings.
